Hi5 Jamaica Services sells brand new, factory-unlocked smartphones, tablets, iPads, smartwatches and earbuds sourced from authorised distributors. Every device arrives sealed in its original box with manufacturer warranty. We do not sell used, refurbished or second-hand devices.
Our active inventory rotates weekly. We typically carry Apple iPhone, iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro, Apple Watch and AirPods; and Samsung Galaxy S series, A series, Tab and Galaxy Watch. Storage configurations run from 64GB entry-level handsets up to 1TB flagships, with both physical-SIM and eSIM variants stocked where the model offers them.
Every phone is factory unlocked, so you can drop in a Digicel or Flow SIM and use it immediately — no carrier lock, no jailbreak, no software workaround. eSIM models activate the same way through your carrier. Devices are supplied in their original sealed retail packaging with all included accessories.
All devices include the standard Apple or Samsung manufacturer warranty, typically 12 months, registered to your name. Delivery is via courier — Bearer, Knutsford Express, Tara Couriers, Uber Courier or Doorway Express — same-day in Kingston for orders placed before 3pm, and 1 to 2 business days islandwide. Courier fee is paid to the driver on delivery. We accept bank transfer, in-store card payment (5% processing fee on credit cards) and online card payment.
