Hi5 Jamaica supplies brand new printers for home offices, small businesses, schools and enterprise customers across Kingston and islandwide. Every printer ships sealed in the original manufacturer box with full warranty. We do not sell used, refurbished or second-hand printers.
Our active inventory rotates regularly. We typically carry HP LaserJet, OfficeJet and DeskJet models including HP Smart Tank refillable printers; Canon PIXMA, MAXIFY and imageCLASS lines; Epson EcoTank, WorkForce and Expression printers (the EcoTank refillable-tank models are very popular for offices that print a lot); and Brother laser printers and all-in-one MFC devices. Whether you need a simple home inkjet, a high-volume mono laser, a colour all-in-one with scan/copy/fax, or a wireless EcoTank for an office printing thousands of pages a month, we can source it.
We also stock matching ink cartridges, toner and EcoTank refill bottles, so when your supplies run low you can come back to the same shop instead of hunting around. Printer setup support is available for customers who'd rather not deal with cables, drivers and Wi-Fi pairing themselves — bring your laptop in or arrange a delivery+setup visit. Every printer carries the standard manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months) registered to your name.
Delivery is via courier — Bearer, Knutsford Express, Tara Couriers, Uber Courier or Doorway Express — same-day in Kingston for orders confirmed before 3pm, and 1 to 2 business days islandwide. Courier fee is paid to the driver on delivery. We accept bank transfer (fastest), in-store card payment (5% processing fee on credit cards) and online card payment.
Are these printers new or used? Brand new, sealed in the original box, with full manufacturer warranty. We never sell used or refurbished printers.
Do you carry ink and toner for the printers you sell? Yes — ink cartridges, toner and EcoTank refill bottles are stocked separately. Tell us your printer model and we'll match the right supplies.
What's the difference between EcoTank/Smart Tank and regular inkjet? Refillable-tank printers (Epson EcoTank, HP Smart Tank, Canon MegaTank) use cheap bottled ink instead of expensive cartridges. Higher upfront cost but dramatically lower running cost if you print a lot.
Do you set up the printer for me? Yes, in-store setup is included if you bring your laptop. We can also arrange delivery + on-site setup as a separate service.
How long is the warranty? Standard manufacturer warranty, typically 12 months from purchase date.
